Saint-Jean-du- Doigt est renommé pour son pardon, qui a lieu le dernier dimanche de juin et pour son enclos paroissial.

Eglise : la première pierre fut posée le 30 aoùt 1440, et fut consacrée en novembre  1513.

En 1925, la flèche (17m) en bois recouverte de plomb fut détruite par la foudre.

Dans la nuit du 4 au 5 novembre 1955, un incendie a complètement ravagé la toiture et tout le mobilier intérieur de l'église. 

La reconstruction a été réalisée de 1960 à 1972.

La tour carrée de style normand mesure 33 m.

L'Arc de Triomphe date du 16e siècle.

L'Oratoire du Sacre (1576-1577) est également appelé chapelle du Saint-Sacrement.
